are some examples of our clients and their projects:
For
TDIndustries, Houston, we developed tactical plans with senior
managers for presentation and approval at their annual Leadership
Conference. Besides planning, this intervention used SWOT analysis,
goal setting and presentation training with five divisions. This
project had the added benefit of helping managers understand each
other and work together as a team.
For
Safety Lights Company, we worked with the CEO, President
and top management to assess and establish the appropriate management
structure and new corporate culture. We introduced team-building,
individual skill-building and customer service programs. The project
also included process mapping and executive assessments and evaluations.
For
ASD, we designed and conducted sales training for their inbound
sales group. In addition to developing the course we coached the
sales group after the training for an increase of 50% in sales on
inbound calls in one day.
For
the New Mexico Commission on Higher Education, we designed,
developed and conducted focus groups to assess and establish the
appropriate information to be used in the development of a higher
education savings program. The information from this project was
used to secure funding from the State of New Mexico.
